How AI Reduced Time and Improved Intelligence at Little Bear Produce
Little Bear Produce, a family-owned grower and shipper in Texas, needed data from its Famous ERP platform mapped for analytics and reporting. Manual analysis would have taken five to six weeks. AI-assisted analysis brought it under one week by reading the ERP structures and surfacing key relationships, freeing the project team for analytics development and cutting time to value without disrupting the existing system.
