About GSA Schedules
Schedules, also known as Federal Supply Schedules and Multiple Award Schedules, are long-term government-wide contracts with commercial companies that give agencies access to commercial products and services at fair and reasonable prices.
The schedule policy and procedures follow two governing regulatory documents. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), where Part 38 prescribes the policies and procedures GSA follows in managing the Schedules program, and Subpart 8.4 prescribes ordering procedures for federal agencies. And the General Services Administration Acquisition Manual (GSAM), which covers GSA acquisition policies and practices.
