Mythics, LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. Mythics primarily collects personal data through its website for purposes such as responding to inquiries, facilitating event registrations, and supporting its role as a reseller and integrator of third-party products and services.

This Privacy Policy applies to activities directly related to your visit to the Mythics website. It does not apply to third-party websites linked from Mythics’ website. Mythics does not operate the underlying platforms provided by third-party product or service providers. We strongly recommend that you read these third parties’ privacy policies prior to providing any information to such sites. Mythics has no responsibility or liability for any third-party websites.

You can visit most of the Mythics site without disclosing your personally identifiable information (“personal data”). Mythics may use suppliers to collect, process, store, use, analyze, and/or transfer the data on its behalf. In such a case, it is Mythics’ practice to require that these suppliers handle the personal data they process or transfer in accordance with Mythics’ policies. By submitting your personal data to us, you acknowledge and agree that it will be processed and/or transferred on Mythics’ behalf by its suppliers. If you provide us with personal data, whether in the form of an e-mail, business card, orally during business meeting or otherwise, Mythics will collect, use, and disclose such personal data only as necessary for legitimate business purposes and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and as permitted by applicable law even in and to countries where the level of data protection may not be commensurate with the high standard of protection adopted by certain countries, such as the standard suggested by the EU Data Protection Directive. Mythics may share personal data with third-party providers whose products or services Mythics resells or supports, where necessary to fulfill your request. As noted above, Mythics may collect your personal data from other sources, which may be combined with the information received through our website, including, but not limited to:

• To complete your registration (e.g., for training, for a webcast, etc.);

• Marketing purposes; provided that we will obtain your consent first and comply with unsolicited email policies, where required by applicable law.

If you wish to be removed from our email list, please contact us. Please note that your email address will be removed within 5 business days of the date requested.

Mythics may retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which the information is collected or to comply with applicable laws, while taking into account applicable legal, contractual, and operational requirements.

Sensitive Personal Information

Mythics will not generally collect, process, or transfer sensitive personal data through its site, unless you expressly consent to such collection, processing, or transfer. “Sensitive personal data” for the purposes of this Mythics Privacy Policy shall mean data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade-union membership, and data concerning health or sex life. Correction, Update, and Deletion of the Personal Data

Mythics will allow you to verify that the personal data you provided to us is accurate and up to date. In case you choose to be on a mailing list for periodic email updates regarding Mythics services and events, you can use our Mailing List Removal Form to notify us that you no longer wish to receive such information. We will honor your choice and refrain from sending you such announcements. You may change your choice at any time. To update or delete your data, or correct an inaccuracy, we may ask you to verify your identity and cooperate with us.

Security of Your Personal Information

Mythics uses various organizational and technical measures to protect your privacy and avoid unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data. However, you should note that no data transfer over the Internet is completely secure. While we use reasonable efforts to protect your data on our systems, data transferred over the Internet may be accessed and used by unauthorized third parties. Children’s Personal Information
Mythics.com is a site not targeted to children and is not intended to collect personal data from children under 18. If you have questions regarding the privacy of your personal information you submit through our website, please email info@mythics.com.
